On behalf of all its customers, ACT has sponsored ten children in need. PLAN International Germany is a children’s aid organization active in 51 developing countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America. It is committed as an ideologically independent aid organization to creating opportunities for and protecting the rights of children. Sponsorship can offer hope and help to children. It helps ensure sustainable support for individual regions. Accordingly, being sponsored has many positive effects for a child. Both children and parents clearly express that their communities receive a great deal of support and that being in the sponsorship program helps them a lot. The goal is to give children and young people the opportunity to thrive and develop in a healthy way, regardless of their background or religion.
By taking on these sponsorships, ACT hopes to give these sponsored children a chance at a self-determined childhood and a brighter future. We have already sent personal letters to the children to help them get to know us better. Some of the sponsored children have also sent us personal letters, which has allowed us to learn a lot more about them. In this way, we regularly receive news about how things are going for the child we are sponsoring and information about developments and projects affecting the child’s living environment. It also strengthens our personal bond with the sponsored children. We’re happy to support these children and hope to accompany them on their journey and bring them much joy.
