Contact: we review your profile and clarify any initial questions with you. Please understand that this phase may take some time.
Qualification: a mandatory part of our qualification process is a small test translation in your area of expertise. The test texts have been specially drafted for this purpose and are not taken from actual projects.
Onboarding: once our Quality Assurance team has approved your test translation, our Onboarding team will take over and introduce you to working with ACT. This gives you the opportunity to get to know us better and ask any questions you have before things really take off.
